The Way to be Free

Meditation is a state of mind. Life can be stressful, but by learning to see things as they really are, we can begin to let go of old patterns of thought and behaviour in order to be happy and free.

It can sometimes be hard to bypass the mind, but guidance can help to access clearer states of consciousness, release traumas and discover how we get in touch with our more authentic selves.

Andrew Stratton is a meditation teacher and hypnotherapist. He started meditating in 1997, trained in hypnotherapy in 2003 and since then has taught meditation and guided yoga nidra on many retreats.

Andrews teachings combine the wisdom of Non-duality with guidance to help others access their own intuition and authenticity. Through his deep relaxations there’s the chance to let go and move beyond the small mind. Releasing and sinking into more nourishing  streams of consciousness that can help to connect to wisdom and clarity.
